Westhampton PAL is a youth sports organization serving the Westhampton Beach  district and surrounding eastern districts.  We are a fully volunteer organization offering the sports of youth lacrosse, youth football, youth field hockey and youth cheering to our area.  Inter-league play is through the Suffolk County PAL programs for both lacrosse and football.
